DEVELOPMENT/ SELECT 2025
The Development and Select team programs for boys and girls provide an opportunity for players who want to participate in a higher level of training, competition and commitment level. Development ages include U11 to U13 with the Select program covering U14 through U18.

Volunteers Needed: We are also looking for team-based volunteers including coaches, team managers, and volunteers for team activities. If you are interested in helping with your child’s team, please reach out to the SYSA Office, we offer free coaching clinics, manager support, and other resources.
Spring High Level Training Program
Eligibility: 2025 Development and Select Players.
Location: Little Mountain Sports Complex
Day: Mondays – April 28th to June 23rd
(no sessions May 19th or June 2nd)
Time: 4:30-6:00 PM:
Ages: U11-U17 Boys & Girls (2014 -2008 Born)
SYSA will endeavor to have small gender specific groupings.

Registration Deadline: Monday, March 31st.
Description: Shuswap FC players will engage in a variety of skill development sessions. At younger ages players will engage in learning how to train, and progress into training to compete. SYSA staff may separate age groupings into smaller training groups based on age, gender, skill, and size. We will challenge players to improve their technique and confidence on the ball through a creative approach to session design and delivery.
