U9 – U10 = $285
U11 – U12 = $325
U13 – U18 = $425

-Quality Competition
– All fields are quality grass fields.
– All venues are within a 4km radius
-Per LTPD regulations, no scores, standings for U9-U12
– Licensed BC Soccer Referees,
– 1 head ref for small sided games (U9-12)
– 1 head ref and 2 assistants for full field (U13+)
-On-site food services

Photography / Video Usage Policy
By registering for this event, you are consenting to the use of any photographs and/or video recordings, of any team player(s) or staff member(s), taken by Shuswap FC for use on our website, social media sites, and/or in any marketing materials.

Game Lengths
U9 – U12 will play 2 X 25 minutes (50 minute game)
U13 – U15 will play 2 X 30 minutes (60 minute game)
U16 – U18 will play 2 X 35 minutes (70 minute game)

All games will have a 5 minute half time.

All games must start exactly on time to maintain the tournament schedule. Failure to start the game on time may require the game length to be reduce accordingly.

All U9 – U12 games can end in a tie (no overtime played)
All U13 – U18 group games end in a tie
U13 – U18 Championship games cannot end in a tie. After regulation time, if the score is tied, the game will immediately go to penalty kicks (5 shooters)

Game Format
U9 – U10 = 7 v 7   (6 + GK)
U11 – U12 = 8 v 8   (7 + GK)
U13 – U18 = 11 v 11   (10 + GK)

Limited warm up time on the field before each game. Teams need to use the casual field space at the park. Note – leave ample time to get to your game field so that kick-off can be on time

SHUSWAP FC TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY

Cancellation beyond 60 days of the tournament date will be subject to at 25% penalty of total registration fee paid.

Cancellation between 30 – 60 days of the tournament date will be subject to at 50% penalty of total registration fee paid.

Refunds will not be given for any cancellation within 30 days of the tournament date.

Please note that Shuswap FC is happy to assist any team requiring a few additional players by recruiting local districts as to the availability of its highest quality players for that age group for our tournament.
