Shuswap Youth Soccer Association is contractually obligated to provide a team picture to our sponsors. Due to their generous support we are able to help keep registration fees lower.
A portion of your registration covers insurance & membership fees that Shuswap Soccer pays to BC Soccer every year–for every player up to the age of 10, our association pays $21.00. For players 11-18 we pay $32.00. Every player in House/club soccer also receives a t-shirt. Field, equipment and referee (if applicable) costs are also factored in.
Youth soccer relies on parents and community volunteers for coaching duties. There will be clinics held towards the end of March/beginning of April. Information regarding dates and times will be posted on our website on the Coaching page as information becomes available. If interested please contact email@example.com.
Games are played in the rain or shine except in the event that there is a heavy rainfall over an extended period of time and the city of Salmon Arm decides the fields must be closed. You will be contacted by SYSA by email, or first check our website for the most recent updates on field status.
You will receive an email from SYSA, or you may be contacted by your child’s coach before the start of the season.
